Need help coping with anxiety or
depression, or need someone to listen?
Nearly everyone experiences periods of anxiety, depression or feeling that they just can't cope. Anxiety and depression often go hand-in-hand, but even either one alone can make you feel torn up inside, helpless, lifeless and paralyzed, as well as having many other negative thoughts and feelings. It can be devastating!
Sometimes you need more formal therapeutic strategies such as Person-Centered Therapy or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to work on areas you would like to change. Sometimes you need to talk to someone that knows how to listen and respond in a helpful way, will understand and not expect you to listen to their problems too. One of the most important skills in therapy is knowing what questions to ask. I can do that as well, and would love to help.
